These teachings are based upon a guidebook to Ngondro practice called: A Torch for the Path to Omniscience, A Word by Word Commentary on the Text of the Longchen Nyingthig Preliminary Practices, which was composed by Chokyi Dragpa (from Kham Ngatse). This course is appropriate for any practitioner, regardless of experience.
